 MP4021GS-LF-Z

MP4020–带Triac调光(单级PFC)原边控制WLED驱动IC,隔离球泡灯,日光灯方案,30W以内方案都可以。
MP4021和4020的区别在于没有Triac调光,其他都一样。 
MPS4020/21 优势在于:
1.集成PFC,功率因数很高;8W设计,260V时,PF=95%,85v=99%
2.源边控制,省去光耦和相关电路,降低BOM cost
3.独特的MOSFET控制技术,对MOSFET和快恢复二极管的要求降低很多,对少的方案必须选择昂贵的MOSFET和二极管,进一步降低BOM COST
4.支持传统的调光模式(原因是采用了独特的MOSFET控制技术)
5. 效率80%以上、全电压输入,电流精度1.5%以内。
MP4021是专门一颗针对LED驱动的芯片,功能全很多。单是PFC已经是很大的优势,客户会很看重这点,以及第二点的输出过压检测(就是可以做开路保护)。

MP4021在单芯片上集成了PFC,工作在临界导通模式,带准谐振控制器。临界导通模式功率因子校正提供了低成本的具有低失真和高功率因子的系统解决方案。相对于传统定频PWM系统而言,准谐振控制提供了更高的效率和更好的EMI性能。MP4021具有高效率以及全面的保护功能,使得它成为带功率因子校正的LED照明电源的理想选择。 在BCM模式下,能减小MOS管导通时的开关损耗,进而提高效率和降低芯片的温度。
