手机充电器不良分析求教?

我有一个手机充电器.刚买过来的时候第一次充电好好的,但是电池充满以后就坏了,去店里换了一个,结果还是拿回来第一次能用,但是还是充满电以后充电器就坏了,坏了的现象是输出电压为零,而且灯也不亮了,我的充电是从台湾带过来的,上面标的是90V~240V通用,但是在台湾(110V)用还是没有问题的,到220V上用就有这个问题,所以想请各位大侠帮忙回答一下问题.
1.为什么的我的充电期一直坏?
2.我想在这边买一个充电器,把电路板拆了放到我的机构里面将就着用一下,不知道有什么问题啊?
对了,忘了说明一下,我的电池规格为:3.6V、1200mAh
