屏体是用热转印法做的,而驱动板是用万能板搭的,
驱动芯片用74LS154+74LS373
单个屏能转动地显示多个汉字,能左右转动也能对角转动

呵呵,能不能介绍下热转印法做板方法以及原材料?正为无法制版烦呢,因为是自己做几块玩,专业的不想做,价也高.

先用激光打印机把要印制的线路打印到热转印纸上,再把热转印纸覆在铜板上,放入热转印机里加热过几遍,碳粉就会转印到铜板上了,最后进行腐蚀(HCL+H2O2腐蚀速度很快)

材料准备不复杂但是做得漂亮也不容易,特别是第一次,
首先准备一张热转印纸,热转印纸就是像贴纸相撕下来那层滑滑的纸,如果买不不到热转印纸(网上有邮购),就到广告公司那里向他们要那些做广告剩下来的的那些废纸也是行的
然后把PCB打印在热转印纸上(一定要用激光的,而且不是每台激光打印机都行的,并且打印这个极容易打坏你的打印机)
第三步是转印,把打印好纸固定在铜板上,用转热机过上两遍,如果没有热转印机就用熨斗加热转印也行(我是用熨斗的),建义把熨斗的温度调到"棉"或者"麻"
再就是让板子凉下来就可以撕掉那块纸了,要慢慢的撕,小习那个炭粉也撕掉了,如果有些线转印的不太理想就用油性笔补画在板子上
最后就能腐蚀了,我们一般用FECL3的,其它的没试过,所以不知道效果好不好.
