谁见过这个芯片

今日得到一块锂电,是DELL的,4串2并的,14.4V,准备拆去一组,改为10.8V的,结果不能用了(可能已锁),经过分析是一个电池管理芯片在作怪.芯片是NEC的,字面标注如下:
