用3525驱动的一个推挽变压器,工作频率40K,看电流波形饱和了,用的是EE19的磁芯,输入电压DC15V,功率15W,初级圈数10匝,烧了几次管子了.
现在把工作频率提高到60K波形好了不饱和了,但是变压器热的厉害,大概有60°多吧,带了点轻载,而且次级整流管也热的厉害,MOS管不热.现在想把变压器初级圈数增加到15匝再试试,不知道会怎么样.
第一次做推挽,请各位帮忙啊,怎样才能让变压器不饱和温度也降下来啊.

我手绕了个变压器加了点气息,但是效果并没有改善太多,反倒是变压器烫的更明显.
