想用此双推挽做逆变电路.请问其中大功率管子的选用?

如图.里面V3V5 V4V6应该选用什么管子啊,如何去计算选择.功率大概在500W就可以了..

A和B点是接24V电池

20年前玩过类似电路,一时找不到散热片,把管子泡水里,一对金属壳封装的三极管.
