UPS帮忙分析!SOS!

最近我们这里老是停电!刚刚买了个二手UPS有问题!出现没有220输出!谁知道powerson MUE 600(复华)牌UPS不用串口连接PC能直接使用吗?我把UPS拆开检查,充电电路都正常!开机有提示音嘟嘟的!小弟不是太懂!我在网上也找不到相关资料!望那位高手指点指点把它修好!就不用受停电之苦了!我记下了板子上相关芯片:LM339        QQ:252619327

            CD4066
            MC14011
            CD4001
            LM3524
           8只IRFZ44
而且LM3524输出有7点几伏电压!第10脚也是0伏!没有被锁着!
