我划完板子进行DRC检查时出现的问题,,我新手,,就是把板子的电源线变粗了,,请问这些问题是可以不计的不??还是这些东西是错误,,必须修改,..我个人认为是可以忽视的..也就是板子本来是正确的,,是不是??还请权威解答

Actual Width = 1mm
上面的意思是你的规则设置画线的时候最小是0.254mm最大也是0.254mm(一般这种设置是系统默认的规则),而你手动改动了已经画好的线条(就是把板子的电源线变粗了),你手动的线条和你规则设置的线条大小有冲突,不过没关系的,这不影响你线路的正确性.

多谢回答,,最后一个关键问题,,尽管出现了我所搞的那种报警,,我把这个带报警的板子到厂家去做,,可以通过不??也就是我让这个报警存在,,然后到厂里做板子,,仍然是正确的不??是或者不是?请高手选择

你的报警提醒你目前实际的布线和你规则里设定的布线规则有冲突,比如你规则里线条和线条之间的距离设定成0.7mm,而你画好的板子上的线条和线条之间有小于0.7的距离那么系统就要报警.比如你规则里线条宽度设定成最大和最小都是0.254mm(一般默认),而你画好的板子上的线条宽度有大于或小于0.254的那么系统就要报警,但是线路板厂家是可以做的出来的,只要线条宽度和线条之间的间距不要太小,一般0.254mm都可以做,做不出的或做不好的那么说明这家做线路板的工艺太落后了.
