求助,TI的UC3855使用问题

先后进过两批UC3855(AN、BN各10支),使用中发现第17端软启动电压只上升到3.5V,再也上不去,这个电压数值对不对?应该是多少?”
--“关于UC3855的第17端,在英文说明(TI 官网的Application report)中  3.7  Softy Start 有这样一段话“The SS pin soreces 15uA into an txternal capacitor.This capacitor limits the supply voltage loop error amplifier,which effectively limits the output voltage of the amplifier and therefore the maximum commanded output voltage."我的理解是17端内有一个15uA的恒定电流源向第17端外接电容充电,这个电容电压就是UC3855内部电压误差放大器的电源电压(随充电时间在升高),我们认为这个电源电压值应该达到或接近UC3855内部参考电压7.5V,只有这样该电压误差放大器的输出端电压VEA才能达到6V(见英文说明 3.5 Voltage Error Amplifier 节),如果只有2.5V的话,该电压误差放大器输出端15端怎么能最高达到6V?这个理解是否正确,大侠们指点一下.附件是3855 Application report 1802851223536946.pdf
