这是小弟第一次设计逆变器,以下是客户要求的规格,我该选用什么方案来做,是半桥,还是全桥,使用两颗EE40变压器,还是一颗EE40的变压器,.....各位朋友如果有做过逆变器的麻烦指点一二,小弟不盛感激!
2.Output Frequency:55Hz ± 5Hz.
3.A/C Voltage Output:
Load voltage=92.5±5 volts.
No-Load voltage=92.5±2.5 volts
4.A/C Peak Voltage Output:
>> Load Peak voltage < 155 volts.
>> No-Load Peak voltage < 155 volts
5.No-Load Current.
>> No-Load Current Draw: Less than 0.3A( < 0.3A).
6.Over Load Current Shutdown
400W model = 55 ±5A (At input voltage 13.2V).
7.Continuous Power:
400W model = 400 watts ±10%.
(The condition of surrounding temperature is the range of 0℃ - 45℃.)
8.Maximum standard Power
400W model = 500 watts ±10%(25℃ 5 minutes).
9.Input Voltage Range: 12 to 15.5 volt .
10.Low voltage Shutdown =10V ±0.3V.
(Reversion voltage=12V ±0.3V).
11.Over voltage Shutdown =15.5V ±0.5V.
(Reversion voltage=15.5V ±0.5V).
12.On the rated condition, efficiency : more than 85%.
13.Over-temperature protection :65℃±5℃.
16.The indication of the movement condition.
Condition is shown with LED of two colors.
Red of LED shows that a protection function worked.(Usual LED is blue.)
And, an alarm rings when a protection function functions, too.
