宽电压LED恒流驱动

针对多颗小功率LED串联组成的LED照明器具而开发.110v或220v交流供电,整流后,电压波动比较大,可以承担着部分电压波动而始终保持后续LED电流的恒定;可以在输入压差5~90v的宽电压范围内实现驱动电流的恒定.同时利用专利技术将高压差下线性驱动所引起的功耗转嫁到外部电路,保证IC内部温升小,可靠性高.


   1. 内含基准源,电压误差放大器,驱动功率管; 单颗芯片可驱动100个LED以内恒流
   2. IS反馈电压0.6v,LED驱动电流精度10%;
   3. 电流可通过外部电阻调解,最高可达40mA;
   4. 耐压大于90v,TO-92封装;
   5. 外围简单,体积小,成本低;
