关于SG2525的求助

小弟初次接触SG2525,在仅有控制电路工作的情况下,发现SG2525A两路输出,高电平长度不一致.频率设定40KHz,OUTA即Pin11输出高电平时间大约为10.5uS,OUTB即Pin14输出高电平时间大约为10 uS.这样正常么?SG2525A外围电路见附件图,有不当之处,还望指出.
