二类LED灯耐压3750V检测时,壳体与开关电源付边常有飞弧问题,因为LED和铝基板的分布较广且很接近散热铝壳体,由于灯腔空间的限制铝基板和过孔处又不可能离开铝壳较远(6mm以上),不用Y电容吧EMC过不了,用了y电容呢给变压器初次级和次级间形成高压交流通路,使高压交流电压直接加到了次级和壳体间,次级和壳体间耐压虽然够但间距不够会产生飞弧放电,以致不能通过安全检测,在不改变铝pcb与壳体间基本结构的前提下,希望哪位前辈能有解决办法和良策,敬请不吝赐教,不胜感激.

做的是LED灯(二类的),是人体能接触的产品,需要3750V的耐压检测,是澳洲的标准要求,标准IEC 60598-2-3 Ed. 3.0 - Bilingual 2002 - Lumin和IEC 61347-2-13 Ed. 1.0 - Bilingual 2006 - Lamp controlgear - Part 2-13- Particular requirements for d.c. or.pdf,但吃的不透,高频变压器付边的线是三层加强绝缘的,高频变压器的次级如果允许接灯壳或通过一个安规电容接灯壳就好了,但不知道是否允许?

The attached is the description of tests (insulation and high voltage tests) extracted from standard IEC
61347-1 that applied to the Apollo lamps. The lamps passed clause 11 item b); item a) and c) are not
applicable. For HV test in clause 12, voltage 3750V (for reinforce insulation) was used.
- Voltage 3750V applied for 60s between the supply (Line + Neutral) and a foil wrapped around the
lamp face + heat sink
- Result: Breakdown at <1000V
