设计10W开关电源测试发现所有输出端电压全部偏高

小弟第一次做电源,参数为3.3V 800mA,5V 700mA,12V 300mA.结果电压全部偏高,对应实际测试电压为8.2V,13.2V,25.2V,变压器参数请看附件图纸.
另外我带对应输出端的负载情况68欧,68欧,220欧水泥电阻,开关波形感觉异常,波形图见附件.
