低通滤波器低频杂波问题

在20HZ~2KHZ下,方波经过6阶低通滤波器没有问题,如图

可是在20HZ下,波形出现畸变,导致频率无法确定,如图

本想通过带通滤波器来滤除低频的杂波,测试却发现波形更加不稳定,望高手指教下如何去除低频杂波,谢谢
