做环牛要注意的是引出线的包扎,用绝缘纸对折,起始端用对折的纸包住引出线接头平行于铁芯放置,然后穿绕线圈压紧绝缘纸,到一定匝数后把绝缘纸对折开口端往里一拉紧,线头那里就不会再松散了.同理,在线尾端快要绕完时,预埋一截对折的绝缘纸再绕线,压住纸绕,到接近对折处时把线剪断,接好引出线后,从绝缘纸对折处穿过去,让接头留在绝缘纸里,然后把绝缘纸开口端往里一拉紧,这样整个线包就非常紧固,不会松散.如图:

有个换牛 外径13CM 内径8CM 高5CM 是充电器上拆下了 ,原线圈是用0.9的线做220伏输入端,用1.85的线做输出端,
我想知道这个铁芯能做几瓦的

对不起,这段时间要搬新车间,连鱼机都没做了.这次是看到一个好铁芯,才动了做一台低频机的念头.你的那台机变压器才绕完次级,拿着一只6、7斤的环牛穿线圈,毕竟是个体力活,事情一多就拖拉下来了,不好意思.
