请教安规高手 glow-wire test

个人觉得needle-flame test is enough

Needle-flame test ? 但EN60335里没有这项测试阿, 如果有材料证明是否可被认为是可以通过Needle-flame test呢? ……例如耐燃等级UL94V-1, 或是UL证明有关动作温度…..
还有Needle-frame test = Glow-wire test 吗……这2项测试的主要目的是?

太感谢妳啦….你真是热心的好人……不过我想再问一下如要通过这两项测试,对材料的要求最低等级应该是多少呢?......V-1跟125℃以上吗?
还有究竟对电路板PCB需要做这两项测试吗

电路板在新标准中要做needle flame test, 你用打火机烧不着肯定没事,还要做漏电起痕,不过如果接受认证一般有CTI值供参考, glow wire 不需要测试,至于温度, 实际上这是热固性材料, 不用担心球压的问题, 个人认为其实都不用做

电路板一般都是V-0的,有认证的一般都能通过IEC标准的测试,不用担心

针焰和灼热丝是两个不同的概念

PCB弱国有UL认证那就不用做这类测试,经过UL认证的PCB就
已经达到V-0 V-1的阻燃等级了.

固定selv part和防触电部件

yes,in EN60335,in general,glow wire test is only applicable for nonmetallic material,and needle flame test is only applicable under condition of flame occuring during glow wire test,and generally PCB is not required to perform glow wire test,only needle flame test is enough.
