     EM78P173N是一个采用低功耗、高速CMOS工艺制造的8位单片机，,其内部具有1K* 13位一次性可编程只读内存（OTP - ROM）,用户通过仿真器编写和调试正确的机器码文件通过编程器烧录进芯片,提供了一个保护位，以防止用户OTP存储器代码时的侵扰。三个代码选项，可满足用户的要求。同时有密码保护位防止程序数据读出.
