now, I am calculation saturation valume in flyback circuit, to inspection the trasformer if work on safety area,
calculaion formula:
Bmax=Vp*10^8/k*f*Np*Ae
Vp=90VAC k=4.44 f=main switching frequeny
Np=primary turns Ae=active area of core
please give me some advice if have any other

This formular is suitable for the discontinueous mode flyback converter. because the Bmax in your formular is actually the B swing(Delta B). for continueous mode should use another formular:
Bmax=Ipeak*L/(N*Ae)
Bmax=Ipeak*L/(N*Ae)

In this case,the voltage v(t) is a constant Vi :
∴ N*B*Ac=Vi*d*T
there, d---duty cycle on a period T.
When the converter is operating on its full load or suffering some over load,
N*Bm*Ac=Vimin*dmax*T= Vimin*Tonmax.
∴ Bm=Vimin*dmax*T= Vimin*Tonmax/N*Ac
