各位大侠,
我现在遇到一款INVERTER变压器,成品如图片,但是在测试电感时,为何PRI与SEC的电感系数不相等?
比如:
PRI: 19.6uH 圈数为14TS 那么电感系数应为: 100nH
但是: SEC: 圈数为: 553ts 测试电感只有18.5mH,计算电感系数却只有 60.5nH
此ITEM需磨GAP作业,SIZE为EEL19,为何会有如此差异?请各位大侠指教.

做过,我才说.一般有GAP变压器,由于各绕组位置批量生产无法一致,表现出各绕组的电感系数不同,不同的原因是GAP与绕组位置有变化.对GAP在1/2处,磁芯换位置没有关系.如果GAP在顶端,而绕组各占BOBBIN长度的1/2,那你换换试试看,有没有影响.
