TRA500是晶体管的脉冲MIG焊机,功率管分两组;维弧和主弧,都工作在开关状态,但空载时管子只是饱和导通,电流达到一定值才起振.主弧的几只管子发射及有均流电阻,

三相整流桥后还应有几只大电解,你所说的跳闸现象应该是有严重的短路,空载时跳闸应重点检查主变,三相桥,大电解和功率晶体管.

首先多谢您指教了.我已经检查过了主焊接变压器和集成控制变压器.都没问题.输出正常.三相整流桥也是好的.大功率晶体管模块也更换过了还是有好象是短路的现象.有10只 100v 6800uf并联的电解电容器,看不出有什么毛病.我手头没有这么大的电容表,测不出.

在三相桥+和电解+端串两100W灯泡(两灯并联),把功率管断开,通电,如灯泡先亮后暗,测一下电解的电压,可判断电容好坏;如灯泡始终亮,说明电解有问题.此类焊机如空载电压正常,不应该马上试焊,要接电阻负载箱看一下输出波形,如电路起振,电压可调,最大电流受限才可试焊;否则容易爆功率管.

此方法可行,我估计是电容坏了,十几年的电解电容,寿命够长了.
