主板出问题,望高手出招

我的电脑开机删除一个与系统无关的文件时死机,重新启动可以出现windows启动画面,但是马上就出现了下面的提示,拔出其它设备,只剩下硬盘和显卡,也是如此,后来一直都是这样.经确认硬盘是好的(拿到另一台电脑上试过).请各位高手支招:

If problem continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options, such as catching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced starting Options, and then select safe mode.
