APT MOSFET 模块拓朴

不同于IGBT,MOSFET由于自身特性所限,很少在大功率场合担当重任.况且大功率的MOSFET制作相当困难成本昂贵惊人,所以MOSFET模块在通用市场较为少见.
在少数场合,系统同时对功率和频率都要求很高,此时IGBT模块不能胜任,这才是MOSFET模块发挥作用的时候.
APT提供多种拓朴的MOSFET模块,电压从100V到1200V;电流最大高达640A.
