在进口模块中有项指标"输入纹波电流 input ripple current"
一般都有带宽要求,不知道怎么测试.有国家标准的测试规范吗?

我知道美军标的测试方法.这个要分为输入差模和输入共模纹波电流.
用英语说.1.input differential-mode noise: 1)a voltage measurement is made across the input terminal of the terminal with a votage probe.The quantity measured is the input ripple current times the equivalent source impendance.If the source supply and the test setup never changed,the noise from different converters could be directly compared .But to measure the actual ripple current,the source impendances nust be known,and the source impendances depend on poorly controlled parameters of the components in the output of the source supply.At frequency above a megeherzs even palcement of the wires on the bench will make a significant difference in the measured results.Idea,a zero source impendance source could be used,the measured noise voltage always be zero,no matter how high the ripple current. 2)The more accurate test result is can be obtained directly by the test current with a current probe.So the source impendance will make little difference in the current measured.The effect of the Zs is further reduced by adding bypass capcitor Cb which should be a high quality unit with small series inductance and resistance over the frequency band of interest(usually the switching frequency and above).The connection wires from Cb to the converter should be as short as possible

已interpiont为例,好象在技术指标上没分共模和差模电流只有测试要求B.W.=10Kto10M,Lin=6uH条件.
6uH是1m并行线的电感;
带宽是军标要求的.

到了461D及以后的版本,就是要求LISN(LINE STABILIZATION NETEWORK'S)电源线平衡网络,而不是电流探头了.The LISN is a high pass filter for the measuring instrument 50ohm input resistance.The interference currents,within the measurement bandwidth,return through the 50 ohm resistor,such that units of the measurement is dBuV,not dBuA.The MIL-STD-461D is offset by 34dB with respect to 461C.Below about 1.3Mhz,the 461C limit line is more lenient than that of 461D,while at higher frequencies the opposite is the case.For power converters designed to comply with 461C,a marginal to out of spec condition can be expected below 1.3M for conducted interference measurements made per MIl-std-461D.for example,the difference is about 12db at 500KHZ.Correcting this involves placing a ceramic or tantalum capcitors across the system input power line to work against the series line inductors.This shouldn't be any problem at the higher frequencies above 1.3Mhz CROSSOVER POINT.
