1. Requirements for power units intended for use by travelers previously addressed only cord –connected products. Similar Requirements apply to direct Plug-in products, and the new and revised requirements may affect direct plug in-units.
2.Battery chargers require protection to prevent backfeed from the battery, the protection shall inhibit backfeed of current during a fault in the output circuit , Battery chargers will require review and possible testing to determine compliance with the new and revised requirement.
