如何把毛刺滤掉?

各位DX,本人最近遇到很头疼的问题.用运放进行过压保护,但是信号中的毛刺老是让电路误动作.我尝试了电阻电容,电感电容滤波,都无法滤除毛刺.请各位大侠给出出主意,看怎么样能把毛刺滤掉?图片说明:
