想给MOSFET驱动芯片供电,选取什么样的DC-DC模块电源好?

全桥三电平电路拓扑,主功率管MOSFET工作频率为100KHZ,驱动芯片采用IXDD414,拟采3或5W左右的DC-DC模块电源给其供电,请问各位大侠,目前国内在中小功率DC-DC模块电源做得较好的是那家公司啊?金升阳和安时捷怎样?国外有哪些著名的DC-DC模块电源公司啊?不知他们供货怎样?谢谢!

二、1/4砖QH系列产品介绍(Introduction of Quarter-brick Series)

1/4砖QH系列DC-DC隔离变换器是针对通信领域开发的新型模块电源,采用国际标准的开放式1/4砖结构,最大输出电流达25A,输入电压范围宽,效率高,具有遥控、远端取样、输出电压精确可调、输出过压保护、过流保护和过温保护等多种功能,适用于分布式供电系统、无线网络、光网络设备和企业网,可为最新一代的IC和微处理器提供电源.
   Quarter-brick QH series are designed for the applications in telecommunication field, they adopt international standard quarter-brick open frame, can deliver up to 25A of output current, operate over a wide range of input voltage and achieve very high efficiency, with remote On/Off, remote sense, output voltage adjustment, over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature protection. They are suitable for distributed power architectures, wireless network, optical network equipment, enterprise networks and latest generation ICS and microprocessor powered applications.  
1/4砖QH系列DC-DC隔离变换器是2004年山东省信息产业发展专项资金项目,2005年11月通过省信息产业厅组织的项目验收,2005年11月通过信息产业部通信电源产品质量监督检验中心测试,2005年11月通过省科技厅组织的科技成果鉴定,鉴定结论为:“其主要技术性能在国内同类产品中处于领先水平,并达到国际先进水平”.

2.6部分功能说明及使用注意事项(Function Explainations and Notes)
     i过流保护(Over-current Protection)
    模块具有限流保护功能,在输出过载或短路时会进入“打嗝式”保护状态.一旦输出电流恢复正常,模
块可自动恢复正常工作状态.
    The power modules have current limit protection to protect the module during output overload
and short circuit conditions.During overload conditions, the power modules may protect themselves
by entering a hiccup current limit mode. The modules will operate normally once the output current
returns to the specified operating range.
  i输出过压保护 (Output Over-voltage Protection)
    模块具有独立的过压保护电路.当模块出现过压,过压保护电路检测到输出电压达到过压保护点时,
模块进入“打嗝式”过压保护状态.当故障排除,模块恢复正常工作状态.
    The power modules have a control circuit, independent of the primary control loop. If there
is a fault in the primary regulation loop, the over voltage protection circuitry will cause the
power module to enter a hiccup over-voltage mode once it detects that the output voltage has reached
the over-voltage level. When the condition causing the over-voltage is corrected, the module will
operate normally.
  i热保护 (Thermal Protection)
    如果模块运行超过最大工作温度,模块将关断,使其不至于热损坏.当温度降到过温保护阈值之下,
模块自动重启.
    When the power modules exceed the maximum operating temperature, the modules may turn-off to
safe-guard the power unit against thermal damage. The module will auto restart as the unit is cooled
below the over temperature threshold.
  i遥控开关机(Remote on/off)
    模块为负逻辑遥控开关机.当On/Off与Vin(-)相连时,模块开通;当On/Off开路时,模块关断.使
用时用户应在On/Off和Vin(-)之间提供开关以控制两脚间的电压.On/Off脚可产生的最高电压为15V,最
大允许漏电流为50μA.用户使用的开关必须能够维持一个<1.2V的低电平信号,且最大维持电流为1mA.
如果不使用此功能,应将On/Off与Vin(-)短接.


    The on/off logic is negative logic. The power module will turn on if terminal On/Off is connected
to terminal Vin(-) and it will be off if terminal On/Off is left open. The user must supply a switch
between terminal On/Off and Vin(-) to control the voltage between them. The maximum voltage

generated by the power module at the On/Off terminal is 15V. The maximum allowable leakage current
of the switch is 50μA.If the negative logic feature is not being used, terminal On/Off should
be shorted to terminal Vin(-).
  i输出电压调节(Output Voltage Adjustment)
    通过外接电阻与模块Trim和Sense+(或Sense-)脚相连,可调节模块输出电压.如果不使用此功能,Trim
脚应开路.为了避免将噪声引入Trim脚,可以在Trim与Sense-之间加一0.01μF电容.
    在Trim和Sense-脚间外加电阻,可下调输出电压,但模块的限流点并不会因此提高,所以此时模块的
最大输出功率降低.
    在Trim和Sense+脚间外加电阻,可上调输出电压.但模块的最大输出功率是一定的,输出电压提高,
将使得输出电流降低,以保证最大额定输出功率.如果输出电压调得太高,将触发输出过压保护电路.
    The output voltage of the power module may be adjusted by using an external resistor connected
between the Trim terminal and either the Sense(+) or Sense(-) terminal. If the output voltage
adjustment feature is not used, Trim terminal should be left open. Care should be taken to avoid
injecting noise into the power module’s trim pin. A 0.01μF capacitor between the power module’s
Trim pin and Sense(-) pin may help avoid this.
    With a resistor between the Trim and Sense(-) terminals, the output voltage is adjusted down.
The current limit set point does not increase as the module is trimmed down, so the available output
power is reduced.
    With a resistor between the Trim and Sense(+) terminals, the output voltage is adjusted up.
The maximum power available from the power module is fixed,as the output voltage is trimmed up,
the maximum output current must be decreased to maintain the maximum rated power of the module.
Trimming the output voltage too high may cause the output over voltage protection circuit to be
triggered.
   i远端取样(Remote Sense)
    远端取样功能是为了补偿输出线路压降,当不使用此功能时,应将Sense+与Vo(+)短接,Sense-与Vo(-)
短接.当使用远端取样功能时,Vo(+)与Vo(-)端的输出电压会升高,为了保证最大额定输出功率,输出电
流将随之下降.


    The power modules feature remote sense to compensate for the effect of output distribution
drops.If the function is not being used, the Sense(+) terminal should be connected to the Vo(+)
terminal and the Sense(-) terminal should be connected to the Vo(-) terminal.As the output voltage
increases due to the use of the remote sense, the maximum output current must be decreased for
the power module to remain below its maximum power rating.
    i输入阻抗(Input Impedance)
    给模块供电的电源阻抗会干扰模块,为了减小干扰,当电源电感大于2μH时,应在模块输入端加22—
100μF的电解电容.
    The source impedance of the power feeding the DC/DC converter module will interact with the
DC/DC converter. To minimize the interaction, a 22—100μF input electrolytic capacitor should
be present if the source inductance is greater than 2μH.
    i散热(Heat Dissipation)
    模块半载以上使用时必须使用风扇散热,半载以下为了提高模块的可靠性也可以使用风扇.如图所示的
风向可以达到最佳的散热效果.
    When the power modules operate with a load greater than half rated load, a fan must be used
to transfer heat.When the power modules operate with a load smaller than half rated load, using
a fan can increase the reliability of the power modules. Airflow as this picture shows can achieve
the best heat dissipation.  

  i可靠性(Reliability)
本模块经过严格的设计,如元器件降额使用、产品设计反复论证等,通过严格的老化和测试可以筛选出
早期失效的模块.使用Telcordia TR-332计算方法计算出MTBF值大于3×106小时.不恰当的操作或清
洁过程会影响模块的外观、易测性和可靠性.
  The power modules are designed using stringent design guidelines for component derating,
product qualification, and design reviews. Early failures are screened out by both burn-in and
final test. The MTBF is calculated to be greater than 3M hours using the Telcordia TR-332
calculation method. Improper handling or cleaning processes can adversely affect the appearance,
testability, and reliability of the power modules.

八、DC-DC的应用与设计(Application and Design of DC-DC Converter)

DC—DC需要合理的使用,下面的应用资料有助于应用工程师设计出更优秀的供电系统.
DC-DC should be used properly, these application data will help engineers to design better power supply network.
8.1 输入考虑 (Input Consideration)
8.1.1 输入保护Input Protection
    可外加输入保护电路,一般由保险丝、反极性保护二极管、输入电容、瞬态抑制二极管等组成,常用的输入保护电路如图1所示.用户可根据实际情况组合选用.
在模块输入端的保险丝提供安全保护,一般保险丝的规格可选取1.5~2倍的额定输入电流,如果模块工作在一个相当宽的电压范围,保险丝应该选择2倍的最大输入电流.
输入的滤波电容可吸收模块输入端的电压尖峰并为模块提供一定的维持电压,一般在25~50W功率48V输入的模块,选择几十微法左右的电容较为合适.考虑到纹波的因素,尽量选用低ESR的电容.

   为了防止输入电源瞬态高压将电源模块烧毁,可在输入端接一瞬态抑制二极管,放在滤波电容之前.此二极管还可起到反极性保护的作用.
   为了降低共模噪声,可以增加Y电容,一般选择几纳法高频电容.但这种保护方法仅限于有case(接壳)引脚的模块.
Users can add input protection circuit like Fig.1 as required. In common, the fuse should be 1.5 to 2 times of module rated input current, and the input capacitor filter should be low ESR. To protect the module from instantaneous high input voltage, users can also use a TVS before the input capacitor filter. The Y capacitors can reduce common mode noise, but they can only be used on modules with case pin.
  8.1.2 输入范围Range of Input Voltage
   输入欠压不会损害模块,只会造成模块工作异常,但输入过压应有限制.一般情况下,输入电压为9~18V范围的产品,输入电压不得超过25V;输入电压为18~
