原边反馈反激式集成MOS小功率集成PFC隔离LED驱动IC-MP4029

MP4029将会与2014年推出,它适应于小功率(5-10W)、隔离、高功率因素(带PFC)的、设计空间受限(如GU10 MR16等等小板)的驱动电源。

The MP4029 is a primary-side-controlled offlineLED lighting driver with an integrated 650V MOSFET. It can achieve high power factor andaccurate LED current for isolated single-power-stage lighting applications in a single SOIC8-7Bpackage. The proprietary real-current controlmethod can control the secondary-side LED current using primary-side information. It can significantly simplify LED lighting system design by eliminating the secondary-side feedback components and the opto-coupler.The MP4029 integrates power factor correctionand works in boundary conduction mode to reduce the MOSFET switching losses.The adaptiveTransformer-Size-Reduction operation mode can achieve a smaller transformer AP value which can lead a smaller transformer size.MP4029’s multiple protection function greatlyenhances the system reliability and safety. TheMP4029 features over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, primary side over currentprotection,brownoutprotection,overtemperature protection, cycle-by-cycle currentlimit, VCC under voltage lockout, and auto-restartfunction.
