原来是TIFF的图片格式不能上传
转成BMP就可以了

请问为什么会产生这个坑?
怎么解决?

帮顶一下,是有点奇怪!

是不是轻载有,重载无?

驱动电路有问题!
或开关管问题!
加大驱动电流或换个品牌开关管试一下!

还可能是PCB的布局问题,驱动地的连接点问题等等

复位不正常,建议有参考电路图

轻重载都有
现在用的是仙童9N50
输出200W

还是复位的问题,贴出复位部分电路参数

贴出Vgs驱动波形对比一下看看

原来是双正激的呀,没做过,不过波形好象是矩形波;另外没见过你这样的驱动,会不会出现延时,建议改为全用变压器驱动的那种
