组合磁芯

上面再加一层,共四付.我以前买不到大磁芯就是这样组合的的

很好,就是这样.xzszrs兄说得好,用两副或者四副,方柱做中柱,就拼成了EE型;若用三副么,可用圆柱做中柱,从轴向看就是“丫”字型.五副以上单数就不好组合成其他形状了,只能用偶数副叠层叠加成EE型(实际就是增加磁芯厚度),不然中心磁柱会有很大的空心,既费漆包线,磁路性能也达不到最佳状态.

用两副,方柱做中柱,拼成单层EE型,如楼主第1帖贴图,做1KW应该问题不大吧.

从磁芯大小看,应该对角线的磁芯原为一副(A副、B副),如下图:

你愿意让上图中的两条磁回路,中途截面不一样吗?会造成磁通阻碍啊.

好用吗?

性能肯定比不上专门的开关电源变压器磁芯(主要是平均磁路偏长),但若找不到时,也可以将就一下啦.
但它也有优点,一是线包窗口面积大,有很大的绕线自由度;二是磁芯组合灵活,用多副可拼成大功率磁芯;三是取材容易,价廉物美.

文件(F)→另存为(A)→保存类型(T),选择JPEG格式.

一边大一边小还是比你现在的这样好的多.

可不可以用一副做

应该可以,但我没有用这种磁芯做过.
