董兄,你的控制电路太简洁了,三相整流之后居然不用滤波电容.看你的IGBT吸收电路不管是什么IGBT牌子都是在正负两端并电容,高!

工艺看起来一般啊
有几个疑问请楼主解答:
1. 控制板的主控芯片是?详细功能介绍,最好放个图上来;
2. 副边整流管是什么型号?单管?如何解决均流问题?
3. 母线无电解滤波电容;输出端无LC滤波,节省成本也太厉   害了吧?

董工,你做的电源的确非常简洁,不故作高深,或故弄玄虚.如实际使用的效果完全满足要求的话,简洁的结构由于使用的元件少,可以减少故障率,即使发生故障也排查快捷,当然制作成本也会下降.为此,本人表示赞赏.
