各位大侠,关于电子镇流器和节能灯的安规

各位大侠,首先很感谢大家的热情.
请问各位电子镇流器和节能灯所使用的安规有哪些?(IEC或者UL有这方面的安规吗?).
如果您有这方的资料,不知可否给小弟传一份,(中英文都可以)小弟不慎感谢!

   I think you are an engineer for energy saving lamp or ballast or others.
   I am an engineer for magnetic component parts design.including high frequence transformer , toriod , bead and so on.
   Just now I had design a toriod transformer for customer.
   they give IEC 60065 and UL 1012 for referance.
