毕业设计要做一款1MHZ的DCDC模块电源,之前只做过100KHZ-200KHZ的模块,对于频率这么高的模块实在有点无从下手,在论坛里找了找资料,发现相关的话题不多,希望做过,有经验的师兄师姐们能给小弟一些建议,譬如变压器的设计,相关控制芯片,开关管的选择等等.
电压大概指标如下:
输入9—18V
输出5V 1.2A
效率优于 0.8

As I know! CMOS version can run at 1MHz.
FlyBack is more easy to run at 1Mhz, but not easy to reach 80% for 6W output! So Forword may better!
You are a Student, so it's easy to reach IEEE paper, you can serch "resonant converter" then you can got a very long listing! In that age, Maga-Hz driver is very important part for their paper, due to no commicail controller can reach so high frequency! O!O!May you tell my age? Bye!

定频的阻容都是有偏差的,使用x843按频率上限设计为1MHz只能做科研,做产品不妥当.
