前不久我做个一个干电池给手机充电的方案,后来发现有很多问题.
1.由于IC没有短路保护和OCP功能,靠输出端加PTC来实现,成本高,可靠度低.
2.输出电流低,不加扩流管3V输入时输出才有200-300mA,2V输入时只有100-200mA.若加扩流管输出电流得不到控制,低压特别容易烧毁管子.
3.无低压保护,输入电压低时干电池严重发热.
4.带负载启动会烧毁.
所以想请教各位大侠有没有成本低一点的,带短路保护,过流保护,低压保护,软启动的升压方案
