求助,直流焊机芯片

今天有客户送来一台坏的直流焊机维修,但打开一看,里面有四个IC上面的字都没有了(被磨掉了),故因无法确认是什么IC型号,无法维修,现将图片贴出来,万望同行给予指点,不胜感激!

以上四张图是同一个主板从不同的角度照,小板上有两个IC,一个8P,一个14P的贴片IC,在散热器下面还有2个8P的DIP封装IC也是把字磨掉了;
