标准UC3843的BUCK直流降压波形很好就是有负尖(见图)?

标准UC3843的BUCK直流降压波形很陡就是有负尖(见图)?

120k波形很好,但上管关断时总有一个负尖脉冲(如图右上角),
请问大侠们,为什么?该如何消除?
