这是仿真时经常碰到的不收敛的问题,这个问题比较烦的,你可以减小精度看看,就是option的第一项,也可以调一下电压电流的精度,譬如到10uV,1nA看看,还有IL那三项,当然设定不合适,导致看到的结果可能不是你想要的了
