求教BS1363 中Figure4图中标准尺寸的理解?

各位大哥,小弟请教一下相关BS1363标准中,有关插脚塑胶台位的尺寸标准怎么理解, 关于R15和R9.5的半径是怎样去量取的,是怎样定义的? 小弟对这个标准不了解,还望大师指点指点.

No need to measure the R15 if the plug can fit with Fig.5 gauge.

For measurement of the R9.5, you should use the caliper to measure the distance from the L or N sleeve to the edge of outline (see the diagram for detail)
