这种机子是做什摸用的?凭我的经验看是机子的震荡频率变低或是占空比大了,可检查震荡电路和控制电路.

我晕,只有鲁焊老兄来了指导,在此感谢,希望能与你探讨一些焊机维修知识.还是第3贴和第4贴的东西坏了,叫高手来换了全新的就好了.我恨死那些卖烂二手货的家伙,同时提醒和我一样搞修理的小米们要用新货少用还是不要用二手货.

顺便提醒在深圳的朋友,市内有一家专营三菱二手IGBT管的,会拿冒牌货给你,我的就是要CM50DYZ4H两个,他给了一个100D12H的给我,外面贴牌贴个CM50DYZ4H.让你防不胜防.

呵呵,这几天刚刚修了松下的三台TX,什么资料也没有,没办法只有动手画了,好不容易啊

维修手记:这快速二极管坏了会损IGBT管,要是有一只性能不良电流只会输出到100A左右.

维修手记:这个高的继电器性能不好高频打火会不正常.还有左手边那个小继电器也一样.<有钱一个人赚是不行的>

维修手记:这几个光电耦也是老坏,还有下面那电阻.

你能修这种交直流氩弧机,技术还不错呵,有机会试试我的焊机.
