謝謝樓上的.1.輸出還有一個電感感應點燈,所以輸出地方若是加一電感的話就無法起振了.2.X2電容我用0.22K/275V.

solw down the run frequency is the best way to solve this issue...the limit line is much bigger for this point..

I agree with you for point 2.
But I think the best way is how to prevent EMI filter invalidation.
It seem that the PCB Layout is very poor.It is worth to re_design.
I think slow down the switching speed should be the latest method to settle this issue.
