确是新手,DCM和CCM好像就是IPK不一样,LP不一样,其它的参数都是一样的吧?有时间帮我看下CCM状态时LP为多少呢?我早上刚用示波器测了那个S极那个电阻上的电流波型,不是像大家说的那样是三角形,转梯形波,根本看得全是有很高尖峰的杂波,我示波器是100M的LCD显示的那种,不知道是不是示波器的问题,再说用示波器测D极到地的电压波弄也能看到DCM到CCM状态转换是吗?
According to my experienced calculation,它的感量在300uH,Np=30Turns.我是考虑到90Vac最低波动电压来计算的(i.e.100Vdc input).If you only needs 100Vinput,then the inductance can be greater than 300uH,(350uH-500uH max.)It depends on your specific requirement from customer.But you must consider how to keep the balance between efficiency&Temperature and EMI during design.
