Battery Gas Gauge IC Performanc-EV2300

小弟最近要为公司一款新产品的锂电池做样品性能验证评估,
但对电池如此多的参数知之甚少,下图是TI 的EV-2300检测到的电池参数
希望高人指点一二,简单解释一下states bit这块各个缩写词的含义,不胜感激
