因为没有经验,不知道我实验的非隔离的Boost电路正不正常(感觉开关管上升、下降时的震荡挺厉害的)?恳请前辈们抽时间帮我看一看这个非隔离的Boost电路的驱动波形正不正常,问题大致在那里?怎么改进?请指教!非常非常的感谢!
我用的示波器是优利得40M的数字示波器.大部分波形用优利得自带的虚拟软面板保存,但保存的波形与真实波形好象有很大的不同,最后我用相机拍了请大家对比参考.

1、要的是振荡频率,不是开关频率,所以不可能是545kHz,据我从你提供的图看差不多是182MHz.
2、要的MOS的Coss而不是Qg.在英飞凌查到上到BSC059N04LS这个mos的规格书,Coss是540pF,BSC059N03S的Coss是720pF,你用的是03S吧.
那么RC电路中C取2nF,R取1.2欧姆.试试,毕竟我没在boost电路验证过.
2、要的MOS的Coss而不是Qg.在英飞凌查到上到BSC059N04LS这个mos的规格书,Coss是540pF,BSC059N03S的Coss是720pF,你用的是03S吧.
那么RC电路中C取2nF,R取1.2欧姆.试试,毕竟我没在boost电路验证过.

振荡波形也是可以测频率的,你把波形(比如图17~19)展宽点,用示波器光标测量两个波峰或波谷之间的时间间隔就可以算到频率了.

是测试时用示波器展开(即时间刻度要小点,比如5uS、1uS、500nS、200nS等),不是把图片放大.

有进步,下一步想办法搞定下降沿的振荡.
最好把你的实际电路图附上来,原先那个是Linear的典型应用图罢了.
