SRC的应用原理

1.  半橋串聯諧振轉換器之主要元件包含一次側之半橋開關Q1 及Q2 (一般採用Power MOSFET)、諧感Lr、諧振電容Cr、及變壓器之激磁電感Lm;二次側主要元件為中心抽頭型式的變壓器、輸出整二極體D1 及D2、與輸出濾波電容Co.
2.  一次側之開關控制方式採用互補式的控制訊號,當Q1、Q2 交互導通時,能量藉由變壓器從一次傳遞到二次側,其中零電壓切換機制則在死區間(Dead Time)完成,由諧振槽與開關之雜散電容Coss2所組成.與使用兩電容型式之半橋轉換器架構不同處,為Cr在這裡將扮演阻隔電容及諧振電雙重角色,阻隔之直流值為  1/2 dc V 之固定電壓.
