为什么这个电路不起振??有问题吗?

各位大师给看看,为什么
这个电路没有振荡?在调试时,2843B 的6脚所接R8是挑开的,功率管没工作,相当与开环,这样子都没有锯齿波

1脚      6 V
2脚      0V
3脚      0.35V
4脚      1.27V    但看不到锯齿波(能看到直线)
6脚      0V
7脚      11.6V
8脚      5V
实在是不知道该调那了,各位给看看,指点一二,先谢谢了!简直郁闷死了都!
