Q2用PMOS管较好,R2\R3阻值需调试决定,Q1前再加一级反相即可.

这是带反接的  不能控制开与关
要控制开与关  需要把MOS  的D \S极  调换
但就没有防反接了

用pmos的话,这样可以吗?电阻怎么选,如何进入饱和状态?

换成pnp三极管的话,是不是开断1A的电流,基极的功耗太大了?
