Increase the dead time
Increase the deat time to 5u and check if the short circuit current goes away. If so, it might be your FETs/IGBTs not totally off. And also, double check the PWM pulse sequence between top and bottom switch.

怀疑二极管的恢复问题
我有点怀疑是续流二极管反向恢复带来的,我测到在正负对称的时候,就不会有电流.而在不对称的时候,二极管还处于续流状态,对方IGBT导通的时候肯定出现.但不知怎样解决.

UF DIODE?
Check the datasheet of the diode you are using, is it UF diode if you can't use schottkey?

It's difficult to know what really happened without seeing the schematics and the waveforms. But you can definitely check the current on the diodes and IGBTs, find out what happened.

你算下效率了，如果在正常范围就OK

建议换管子。20kHz对IGBT要求比较高，需要高速IGBT。

依你的短路电流，建议试试IRGP4068D等管子。

降低开关频率至5KHZ左右吧。
