电路图
这个电路不良率会低吗?有点不可思义.
输入:宽电压
输出:5V500mA.
变压器参数如下:
Lp=6.4mH
Ls=430uH
Np: ø0.15 1p 172T DCR 4.81ohm
Ns: ø0.4 1p 12T DCR 0.06ohm
Nf: ø0.13 1p 12T DCR 0.6ohm
可以确定的问题有以下几点:
1.变压器初级没有吸收电路;
2.R2的耐压太低
3.BU102 Vce的耐压太低
4.输出电压很难保证在一定范围
5.保险电阻是否用的太大了,功率够吗?
有意思的是,老板说此电路不良品率非常低,可信吗?
低成本电路,不良率会很低吗?

我们厂的线路跟这个很接近,如果元器件质量好的话,不良率可以控制在万分之几.排除元件和作业不良,单就电路稳定性而言可以控制在几个PPM.
BU102不被烧掉才怪呢,好像它的Vce耐压值才150V呢.
