升压电感的电感量对吗?还有限流电阻的值可以减小点试试
限流电阻我从2个0.1欧并到4个0.1欧并应该不会是它的问题.
升压电感感量从500uh变到1.3mh我没好好算过.而且不太清楚辅助绕组的砸比.

我开始也是用他给的那个东东.但是驱动就像一个尖峰,打不开.全部用他demo给出的东东,还是驱动打不开.我只想做250w.我全部的大于1u的电容都用电解,会不会是这个原因.升压电感我选了500u和1.3m,两种.砸比19:1.急ing
500uH差不多,好象是你的咂比有问题,19:1在400V时次级就有21V已经超过了NCP1650的VCC上限了.所以你在低压是能启动而高压不行(NCP1650过压保护了)

应该不会呀,我量了我的vcc,在14v左右,辅助绕组过100u得电容,应该不会在vcc上被掐死才对.对了,你的电容是电解的么?我只得是22u电容.

Onsemi有NCP1650的设计软件,我基本上是用这个软件选择参数.电感是个重要的参数.好象在高压时容易开机.你说的陷死是什么意思?你设计要求的输出功率是多少?电感好象太小
