I checked the spec of C5027, its Vcbo=1100V, Vceo=800V.
I guess if it uses as normal application (only one transistor), its Vceo is only 800V. If it works accompanying C2383, and C2383 cuts off C5027 Emitter, then C5027 can withstand Vcbo=1100V. So it's a trick to make 800V(Vceo) transistor work under 1100V condition.

首先C5027这种接法是一种射极跟随器.E极电压不会超过B极电压,也就是说C2383-E极电压不会超过3842-7脚VCC电压.当然不包括整个电路工作起来后从变压器窜进来的尖峰电压.
其次,我认为C5027放在上面可能是用来降压用的,电路工作以后,300VDC的电压基本上都放在C5027上了,而C2383上电压差不多只有十几伏,这样,晶体管的开关速度也可以大大提高,而应力可以很容易做的很小.
